GENERAL SHIPPING
Orders ship from Florida and are typically processed within (1-3) business days for in-
stock items. Please note that our business hours are Monday to Friday, and we are
closed on weekends. Transit times quoted at checkout are estimates only and do not
include processing timelines.
Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight, dimensions of the item(s) ordered,
and the location of the receiver. Your tracking information will be emailed to the address
you entered at checkout once your order ships. Tracking for domestic shipments may
take up to 48 hours to return results online. If tracking does not work after this
timeframe, please contact us: info@ways2well.com.
Packages are shipped per the shipping method you select at checkout. Carrier shipping
delays can occur due to factors outside of our control. Please contact the shipping
carrier if your package encounters delays or is lost in transit. We do not offer refunds for
shipping delays or lost items.
STANDARD SHIPPING
- Free on orders over $75. Orders must total $75 before tax (and after any
promotional discounts) to qualify. We do not ship internationally at this time. - $8 fee on orders under $75 (after any discount, before tax)
- Delivered within 3-5 working days.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico & U.S Territories may take up to 14 days.

Standard Shipping: Orders shipped via standard shipping may be delivered to PO
Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping carrier and method will be determined
by Ways2Well's Shipping Department. Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days.
Shipping Address: A safe and accurate address for delivery must be provided at the
time the order is placed. Once an order has shipped, Ways2Well is not responsible for
lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address as entered for the
order. If the tracking indicates the package has been delivered, you would be required
to place a new order.
RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY
Shopping is risk-free with our 30-day return guarantee. If for any reason you are not
satisfied with your purchase, simply send the unused portion back to Ways2Well
Fullfillment Center within 30 days of purchase. You will receive a full refund for the
item(s) in the original form of payment (minus any shipping costs). After we process
your return, it may take several business days for the refund to appear on your credit
card, depending on your financial institution. Please note that we are only able to
process returns for a maximum of 3 items per year.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For returns via mail, the product
must be carefully packaged. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer.
