Credit Policy of Ways2Well

1. Introduction

This Credit Policy outlines the terms under which Ways2Well manages returns, refunds, and issues credits for our products and services, to ensure clarity and satisfaction for our customers.

2. Returns

Ways2Well supplements, swag, and other applicable products shipped from Ways2Well are eligible for return within 7 days of arrival, provided they are in original condition. For products related to ReviveRX, including medications, please refer directly to ReviveRX’s return policies and procedures.

3. Refunds

Bloodwork, consultations, and tests are refundable provided the cancellation occurs prior to the service being rendered by the lab and/or provider. Missed consultations are non-refundable, and no-shows for consultations will incur an additional charge for rebooking the appointment.

4. Credits

Credits issued by Ways2Well are valid for one year from the date of issuance and may be used toward future purchases of products or services. These credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Defective or Damaged Products

If any product arrives defective or damaged, customers must report the issue to Ways2Well within 7 days of receipt for a return or exchange. For ReviveRX products, please contact ReviveRX directly to learn about their policies on damaged or defective items.

6. Exceptions

Some items may not be eligible for return or may be subject to specific return conditions. This includes products that are specified as non-returnable on our Site, perishable goods, and personal care items. For ReviveRX items, refer directly to ReviveRX for their specific return policies.

7. Cancellation

Orders may be canceled without penalty prior to shipping. If an order has been dispatched, customers should follow the standard returns process outlined in this policy.

8. Payment Disputes

For any billing or payment disputes, customers should first contact Ways2Well’s customer service to seek a resolution. Initiating a chargeback without contacting Ways2Well may result in account and service suspension.

9. Modifications to the Policy

Ways2Well may update this Credit Policy from time to time. Such changes will be communicated through our Site and will not be retroactive. The most recent version of this policy will always govern our procedures.
